It’s always nice when people say good things about you!  We recently completed a website for a Bed & Breakfast and they have achieved their objective of taking over the maintenance themselves.

This is an excellent example of how we work – surely it’s BAD for business if clients to take on their own site maintenance?  Yes it is, but it is exactly what this client wanted, so it’s GOOD for OUR business!  We pride ourselves on making sure our clients get exactly what they need.

 "We need a website" was what they said – "and we need to be able to maintain it ourselves".  Beyond that, they didn’t really know what they wanted.  Not much of a specification is it?

Not all our projects start like that, but we aren’t fazed.  We agreed a fixed price contract, the first part of which was to work together and agree what they wanted and how it should look.
